
I loose muscle? Everyone thinks I do cardio and weights but reduce the rate of intake of carbohydrates and calories?
I reached after platu of droped 7 pounds the first month, then I tried for 2-3 days was from1200 to 800-900 carbs per day CAL 50 g protein and 50-60 i tried to snack every 2-3 hours, carrots or yogurt if I starve my body and I work these past 2 Mons 4-5 days of cardio and weight training week, I am also very active, you may I lost muscle or it could be bigger? I worry about losing muscle mass, how can you – I stop it? i havent eaten much these days and has stopped drinking protein serum to reduce my intake of calories and burn 400 cal through the development, I'd like an answer from the experts please do not aneorxic advice! lol
Eat only when hungry and not more than three times a day with nothing but water between the two. Take lots of raw foods, vegetables and fruits, preferably 50%. Chew each bite 32 times to activate the body system of Ur to signal hunger and satiety. Perform light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice daily. U will achieve much more than planning for UR and this in a reasonable time. Do not rush.
