What should I avoid if I want to finish with a low carb diet?

Well, I've heard diet low in carbohydrates is great and I test. You could give me some tips or dos and don'ts low card diet?

You can lose more body fat you eat protein and fat (not eating only proteins) that do not eat anything. To lose weight fast, eat whatever you want, but do not eat meat, eggs, healthy oils, mayonnaise, butter and half of a lawyer during the day (for potassium added). Begin with the meat, fats and salad for 2 weeks and then slowly add more vegetables, fresh cheeses WK4, nuts and seeds WK5, WK6 berries, other fruits wk7 legumes WK8, wk9 starchy vegetables, whole grains wk10. You will learn how your body reacts to different foods. The first week is just water weight, but fat is lost later if you keep your calories high enough. Most people are impatient and reduce your calorie intake and increase exercise to the point where they lose muscle tissue while they return to what was unchanged in eating, they accumulate more fat stores now because their calorie needs have decreased due to the loss of this tissue and its metabolism slows to work more efficiently with fewer calories and it becomes a vicious cycle of diet and loss (including vital organs like the heart). This strain on vital organs can not be healthy.
