
good snacky foods for a diet that fill me up- no carb/fat?
looking for light meals and snacks that fill me up as i’ve piled the weight on recently
wanting low carb and low fat.. not a huge fan of beans, lentils nuts etc
raw vegetable strips, hard boiled eggs, turkey or chicken slices rolled around a pickle. Or my favorite small serving of ricotta cheese with a little vanilla (or cocoa powder) and sweetener – tastes like pudding (if chocolate) or cheesecake (if vanilla)
