What college go when the main interest is fitness and exercise?

My brain seems to have deteriorated after a sojourn to home mother for 8 years, but I'm hoping that my mind begins to return as starting classes earlier. The only thing that excites me the world is exercise. And I need to return to the real world and start earning an income again. What kind of college for me? The only words that come to mind are kinesiology, coaching, sports medicine (I do not think I have a mind to medical school.) What else is there?

It all depends on what the local schools have to offer. I have a degree in Sports Medicine and Fitness Technology (Associate) and if I ever decide to continue my studies "exercise science" (individual). Sometimes these courts have different names, for example, Buddy was a title called Biomechanics of man (or something) my experience was not much medical … Thanks and God, because the medicine is not my cup of tea. Obviously you have to learn and understand human anatomy, but not overwhelmingly strong. I learned a lot about different fitness evaluation methods and how to train people with diabetes, lung problems, hypertension, children and the elderly, etc. I also depends on the teacher you have to (mine has done its so easy to understand and fun to learn) and also depends on what you want to pursue a career … rehabilitation therapeutic exercise, personal training, sports training. Just do your research and discover that the schools in the region has to offer. Ask the school counselor and career coach. Best of luck. Fitness field is big business and personally had a wonderful experience for him. * Also I learned soooo much to work with different personal trainers (good personal trainers, who are not as frequent as one might think). Exercise is the act of increasing metabolic rate for the purpose of enhancing physical fitness. Exercise can be one of the most stressful physiological responses that the body undertakes. With exercise, there are increases in metabolic rate, heart rate, blood flow (hyperemia), respiration, and heat production. The increased metabolic requirement during exercise is well met by an increased blood flow (functional hyperemia) and oxygen supply to the exercising tissue, which is regulated by multiple local and systemic mechanisms. The local mechanisms (factors) are responsible for mediating the muscle homeostasis and vascular conductance to match the increased metabolic requirement, whereas the systemic mechanisms are responsible for the maintenance of blood pressure and global cardiovascular homeostasis, including the increase in and redistribution of cardiac output, which is mainly mediated by sympathetic activation.
