I lost 8 pounds in a week. Is it healthy?

I can replace the breakfast and dinner with drinking low-calorie diet called Herbalife and my lunch, eat something, but the rice. Im not really cos i discipline snack times. I do not starve. I dance about 30 minutes a day, usually 3-4 times per week. And this week I lost 8 pounds … which is quite surprising to me. Anyway, my question is, is this normal? I read some comments that people are allowed lose 2 pounds a week .. So, yes …

That's a little over a week, but wouldnt be surprised if it was muscle weight. It does not sound like you eat enough calories for your body is probably eating its own muscle for protein. You need to have breakfast and dinner to keep your body healthy. Eat more of this week.
