I just bought a bottle of Hoodia for CNG. How should I take?

I made sure to buy one that is certified. The instructions says to take 1 hour before breakfast and 1 hour before dinner. I did and was still hungry at night! He also said that progress can be accelerated by taking 6 tablets per day. I thought to do. It does not specify what time to take the pills though.
