I am losing weight. Should I use these supplements?

I'm 5'9, 230 pounds, male, 35% body fat. My main objective is to lose 30 pounds in 3 months, unless my body fat and replace it with lean muscle. However, I bought GNC supplements and I wonder if I should use or not. Also I wonder why they should or should not use them. Thank you! These supplements are good. Without But note that it will take much longer than 3 months to acquire a significant amount of lean muscle mass. By the way, you muscle loans, taking creatine.
