Integrated into every XPR Series hydraulic cylinder is one piece, the driver installed, the piston steel wrapping machine with specially designed load pressure seals piston U-cup, backups and wear bands that virtually eliminates any derivation of liquid. The micro-smooth chrome-rod is machined from high yield, and C-1045/50 microalloy steel polished and coated with a minimum of 0.001 "diametrically to ensure superior cylinder operation and life. The hard-top design seals high mechanical load bar to stop the leakage is a thing of the past, especially cleaner formulated abrasion resistant urethane protects stem exclusion. Powder-coat
All XPR-Series lifts feature with a powder coated durable finish that gives the metal of high quality, durable finish that can withstand the worst environmental conditions or chemicals. Unlike other Companies that require powder coating, we are proud of our meticulous 10-step process. First, all parts are visually inspected before being sanded. Then, the pieces are washed in our phosphate deposits of 5 stages that can accommodate parties up to 25 'Long. Once cleaned, dried immediately to prevent the production oxide then degassed. Degassing pre-cooked pieces on a baking oven, reduce the possibility of defects can be hidden in the pores of metal. If not degassed the imperfections in the metal may bubble during the curing process and most likely cause chips in the dust. After the parts are washed and outgassed, any surfaces and / or threaded holes that need to be masked or plugged are done with tape closures and high temperature silicone. Here, the parties are given a clear slim fast to remove light debris or fingerprints before being hung on a conveyor line electrostatic grounding. The dust is finally applied with an electrostatic gun. The powder "sticks" to the surface in a manner similar to how dust sticks to a television screen. Once the parts are powder coated, the carts are rolled in our oven and bake at 400 degrees F for 45 minutes.
