
How can we measure the Weight Loss and fat loss?
We have a contest to go to work, a bit like Biggest Loser. Six women, four of 154-180 pounds between them and two of them between 250-300 pounds. What is a fair way to do the contest without giving the benefit to heavier women? If we have a overall weight loss, then it would be unfair because larger people lose weight faster and easier, but if we as a percentage of same nature. resources or ideas?
The loss of body fat is the same problem that the weight loss – and have little to lose will have a much worse time. percentage of their total weight would be best. Can someone who weighs 300 pounds would have to lose two pounds to be equivalent to a woman who weighs 150 pounds 1 pound loss. Have you considered non-winning teams and individuals? A little competition to help motivate you is great, but having two teams of 3 means that each person has two other people were really rooting for them to lose weight and help keep it. I think the% weight loss for the whole group would be even a little (between smaller and women trying to lose weight), and yet remain competitive and ensure that both teams have a chance to win.
