How and what is the best way to lose weight without using any Weight Loss plan like Jenny Craig?

Its been 4 years since my baby and could not lose weight I want. I am over 240 lbs. Need to lose at least 60 to 70 pounds, and even eating just lettuce or fruit, just 3 meals day, I see the results. Thanks for any help. He did not need jokes. "
