Has anyone tried a dietary supplement and work?
I have 34 years of age, 5'2 "and weighs 222 pounds after have three children. Fortunately I can hide it well, so do not look that overweight. I have a lot of weight to lose and can not afford to go to Weight Watchers, lost Weight LA, Nutrisystem, etc. My husband and I always see ads for TrimSpa, Stacker, Slim Fast, detoxification, etc. I want to know if it's worth the money and if they actually work. Anyone have experience with one? Please answer it's a smart Alec's really hard for me to try.
There is only one true way to lose weight and keep – eating healthier. Nutrisystem really worked for me, because it teaches you what it means to eat healthy, but if you really can not afford a few sites online that explains how to follow the rules food using their own food. The best advice I can give you is to eat a lot (at least one cup cooked) of healthy vegetables as broccoli, carrots and tomatoes at every meal. Beware of potatoes, peas, carrots, and if they are much higher than most vegetables and counting calories really more of starches.
