Where can I find a specialty baking/dessert ingredients store in NY?

I don’t want pre-made things, just specialty ingredients. It would be great if there was a chocolate specialty store that just sold all different types of pure chocolate. Or other ingredients, because unfortunately NY almost has no naturally good ones that I know of (aka in Japan you get delicious peaches and matcha, in Italy you get Seville oranges, I think? etc.). I’m interested in serious baking for the serious foodie, but obviously am still only learning about it. I’m only interested in making desserts, however. lol.
