pictus catfish question! Help?

So my poor fish is a bit more of the ICH and I think just started eating again today … but now his stomach is so stretched, as abnormal. no other catfish in my tank and I'm pretty sure this is not pregnant. but I just put the dose of medicine and bacterial ich in the tank this morning, and I think it was safe, then maybe a little swollen, but I know he would be sensitive to medicnine therefore reduced the dose as directed. is in tank without a carbon filter at the time due to drugs, it might be something to do with ammonia? the H20 in the tank is glass of purified water so no must be metal. just do not want to be super sick again i.

Did you check your water? Ammonia nitrate nitrite pH is the first step, do not use tapes to buy a freshwater master kit. I am a little surprised your cat outside Ick, it's rare to see a sick cat fish. They do not mix with drugs or senile.
