CHERRY Devil's Pie
1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
2 cups frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 / 2 cup cherries chopped
1 recipe of your favorite chocolate frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour two molds pie 9-inch layer. Prepare the mixture for cake as directed on package. Divide the dough equally between the two pans. Fresh baked as directed on package.
Double cherry on the cream whipped. Divide on top of one layer. Top mixture with the second cake layer. Frost with chocolate icing. Cake Store in the refrigerator.
BITTERSWEET CHOCOLATE
1 1 / 2 cups flour cake
1 1 / 2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
Shortening 1 / 3 cup
3 egg whites
3 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt tea
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour two pans cake Round 8 inches. In a large bowl measure all ingredients, mix with electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended, scraping bowl constantly. Beat on high speed for 5 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Pour the batter into molds and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Cool layers in containers on a rack for 10 minutes. Remove cake from pan and cool completely on wire rack. Frost with your favorite frosting.

3 cups sifted cake flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 / 4 cup CoCoCo
2 3 / 4 cups sugar
Salt 1 / 2 teaspoon
1 cup hot coffee
1 cup unsalted butter
1 cup sour cream
2 v. Tea vanilla
5 egg whites
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In the last three grease 9-inch pans. Combine flour, baking and salt and sift three times. Mix cocoa, 1 / 2 cup sugar and coffee. Cool. Butter and 1 1 / 2 cup sugar until light and fluffy. Add the mixture cocoa, sour cream and vanilla. Add the flour mixture, stirring until smooth. Beat the egg whites with remaining sugar until stiff. Stir into dough. Pour into molds and bake for 30 minutes. Cool and remove from pans. Frost with favorite frosting.
