Can someone explain what the Program called “MOMENTUM” actually consists of

In Momentum, you’re counting points like you would have on “Flex”, but the new program wants you to eat “Core” foods at the same time. You don’t necessarily have to follow the new plan. You can eat whatever you want, just like flex. However, there is a “Filling Foods” option that lets you eat as many “Core” foods as you wish without counting, just like Core used to be. They just changed the names and a couple of other stupid changes and called it a new program – for publicity, I’m sure.
