NutriSystem does not work for a normal person?

Hi, I'm 5.5 ft and weighs 116 pounds'm not fat, but I lose about 10-15 pounds as cereals and bread for breakfast and rice for lunch and dinner. I am a healthy diet and drink plenty of water. I joined cross country at my school and running 3-4 miles per day. Do you think NutriSystem will work for me?

WHAT? I'm 5'5 and I weight 125 and I'm fat, I think you need to exercise not a diet! Stop eating only bread and rice (which will get a problem of malnutrition rates on the way) have little cooked chicken muscles need protein! I have great muscle tone. Why would you want to weigh only 100 pounds? the ribs are not sexy, sorry just is not.
