What is the best meal replacement shakes for the poor eaters and want to stay slim and trim and be healthy too?
Im 36 and worried about loss or bone density, and since I've lost weight in 2 months, I want to stay lean and keep it off do not want no win back, but still stay healthy
No matter what, you gain some weight here and there again, its inevitable. But in an age when used Slim Fast shakes and I dropped about 10-15 pounds, but be careful because I'm tired of them physically, because my body did not have enough nutrients and couldnt I mean really until I woke up at night shaking.
