How cool deep water become super-cooled?
At a certain depth the water molecules can not be frozen by the pressure of the water column above, it becomes too big for them to expand, therefore, can not freeze and thus becomes "Super-cooled water," but how deep is it? What temperature has no effect?
It is not a simple response scale. See second reference of a detailed phase diagram of water to see how it varies with temperature and pressure. Of course, the details will be different for sea water or anything other than pure water.
